Q: What is the liability and who performs the services?
A: Services are performed by the Gold Coin Mining Syndicate, LLC. All mine work requires liability waivers to protect GCMS, its miners, and the property owner. Completed work is the responsibility of the mine owner to to check, verify, and accept. A competent mine inspector should be used after all work to verify integrity, engineering, etc.
